How do I avoid accidental purchases?

Our Games are free to play, but you can choose to purchase items within the game using real money.
To limit in-app purchases, consider adding restrictions. With restrictions, you can block in-app purchases or make it so that in-app purchases require a password.

To restrict in-app purchases:
-Open the Settings app on your device.
-Tap General.
-Scroll down and tap Restrictions.
-Tap Enable Restrictions (unless already enabled)

After enabling restrictions, you'll see what's currently allowed on your device. Now, you have a few options:

-To completely turn off in-app purchases: swipe the slide-button to the left.
-To require a password for every in-app purchase: Tap Password Settings, then choose Always Require.
-To enter a password once for all in-app purchases within a 15-minute window: Tap Password Settings, then choose Require After 15 Minutes.

I reinstalled the game, can I restore my previous purchases ?

Any in-app purchase that you have previously made can be recovered through the "Restore Purchase" option.

How can I request a refund?

As with most downloadable software products, items bought through our games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. In some special occasions there can be exceptions, however.

Our transactions are handled by Apple and the refund requests are handled by their support team.
In order to request a refund, visit http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and choose the option that fits you best.

Crashing, Freezing, Game Won't Open

If your game is freezing or crashing, make sure you have the latest update for the app.

In some cases, crashing and freezing can be caused by connection problems.
If you're still having trouble, please see the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting your game

Try the following troubleshooting steps if your game is crashing or freezing:

Make sure your device has plenty of battery life.
Check your device’s storage capacity. Enter Settings > General > “About” to check available capacity. Free up space by removing unused Apps, pictures and videos.
Force close open applications.
Turn the device off and back on.
Make sure that you are on the most recent operating system version for your device.

How do I disable notifications?

If you don't want to receive notifications from the game, follow these steps:


Open the Settings app.
Tap Notifications.
Tap on the Game Name.
Slide the button next to Allow Notifications to the right.

-Tap the menu button (≡).
-Tap Settings.
-Tap Require authentication for purchases.
-Enter your password.

Next, you can pick from several different authentication settings. For more control, consider one of the following:
-To require a password for all purchases: Tap For all purchases through Google Play on this device.
-To enter a password once for all in-app purchases within a 30-minute window: Tap Every 30 minutes.

If you wish to apply for a refund, please Contact Us. We will review your request, and make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Please make sure to include all relevant information, including:

The full name of the person whose account was used to make the purchase
The email address of the Google Play account used to make the purchase
The time and date of the purchase
The item that you wish to be refunded for
The order number of the item you wish to be refunded - you'll find this on the receipt for your purchase, and it's a very long number with a "." in the middle - for example 123456789123456.123456879123456
